3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

- Rocket: 1–12 hours from request approval.
- Bank transfer: 1–3 business days from request approval.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to your VIP tier. Silver tier players may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day; Gold tier up to ৳100,000; Platinum tier up to ৳250,000; Diamond tier up to ৳500,000.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests will only be approved once the following conditions are satisfied:

4. Bonus Policy

4.2 Bonus Expiry

4.3 Bonus Abuse

5. User Obligations
As a registered player on be111, you undertake to fulfil the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes.
- Keep your login credentials, OTP codes, and any security tokens strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

6. Prohibited Conduct

- Transferring funds between be111 player accounts or facilitating such transfers on behalf of other players.
7. Account Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
You may request to close your be111 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Closure by be111

- The player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
- The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- be111 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to be111 or to other platform users.
In cases where an account is closed by be111 due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the player. If a breach is confirmed, be111 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be111 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the be111 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
be111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
be111 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, third-party service failures, and events of force majeure may cause temporary unavailability. be111 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude be111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and be111, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through be111's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. be111 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the parties may agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution through a mutually agreed independent mediator. be111's decision on all matters relating to platform functionality, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility shall be final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
8.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement entirely if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
